I am an experienced creative thinker, with a keen eye for detail, strong technical ability, and boundless enthusiasm for design, illustration, typography, photography, and music. I have a particular interest in identity design and branding.
Most recently, I was Sr. Director of Creative Services leading a diverse and talented team at Rollins College where I provide my team with clear creative direction and inspiration for enrollment and donor relations projects.

Supervised a cross-functional team of graphic designers, photographers/videographers, web designers, and a project coordinator in the development of deliverables to the needs of our campus partners.
Prioritize work and resources based on short- and long-term needs, work with project coordinator to establish production schedules by collaborating with designers, copywriters, and photography.
Conduct brainstorming sessions with the creative team, maintaining brand and creative thinking to develop innovative and actionable creative initiatives in a fiscally responsible manner.
Review and approve the design, digital, and photography developed by the team, ensuring deliverables that effectively convey the Rollins brand and experience.
Produce fresh, innovative work that translates complex ideas into compelling print materials and digital experiences for our ever-changing audiences.
Present, or oversee the presentation of final concepts, and obtain approvals for deliverables.

Working with internal stakeholders from across the Parks and Resorts segment, developing internal brands around employee engagement, Human Resources, Benefits Planning, Cast and Guest Engagement and Business Development.
Design responsibilities include logo and style guide development, posters, brochures, graphic e-mails, flyers, and maps. Additional aspects of my role include collaborating and brainstorming with fellow designers and clients. Presenting design comps to clients, obtaining vendor quotes, prepress and attending press checks.
Art direction responsibilities include: Overseeing the design and production of the Eyes & Ears a bi-weekly company magazine. The art direction of photo shoots for various clients. Assisting in the art direction of the design team and professional interns.
